Main responsibilities

We are looking for professionals with experience in similar roles, who demonstrate flexibility, elegance, an excellent command of the English language, and a strong team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants will be considered a plus.

We offer appropriate training and the opportunity to join a well-established team known for its high level of service.

Employment contract: Full-time, fixed-term or permanent.
Salary: Classification levels IV and VIS, in accordance with the H052 National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Sector.

Previous experience in similar roles is required, along with availability to work on weekends and holidays, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented attitude. A good command of the English language will be considered an advantage.

Employment contract: Full-time, fixed-term.
Salary: Classification level VIS, in accordance with the H052 National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Sector.

Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel’s growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel’s commercial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; with a focus on European markets
  • Establish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR)
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant events
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performance
  • Contribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development
  • Deliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunities
  • Maintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Client database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure
  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Excellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept
  • Fluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish)
  • Understanding of Italian for the work environment is preferred
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset

Hassler Roma, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the center of Rome, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for organizing the hotel’s maintenance services, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager, the various hotel departments, and General Management.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and proactive individual with knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. They also possess proven skills in routine maintenance and are able to plan preventative and corrective interventions, supervise internal technicians, and coordinate external suppliers. The primary objective is to maximize system efficiency, minimize problems, and ensure safety. Flexibility and a willingness to work in a team are also required.

Employment contract: Full-time, fixed-term or permanent.
Salary: Classification level VII, in accordance with the H018 National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Sector.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of both Italian and English.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a spa or luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and booking/reservation systems is considered an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Support the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa.
  • Coordinate the team, prepare staff schedules, and assist with employee training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of all spa activities.

Salary: Classification level IV or III, in accordance with the H052 National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Sector.

  • Previous experience in a luxury 5-star hotel and familiarity with premium skincare and wellness brands is preferred.

  • Deliver spa and beauty treatments in accordance with the property’s quality standards.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and sanitized condition.
  • Complete treatment records and related documentation accurately.
  • Provide a personalized guest experience by anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring exceptional service.
