1. Definitions and characteristics of cookies
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make the browsing experience more efficient for the user.
Cookies stores and transmits information from your first visit and subsequently relays updated information on the occasion of your subsequent visits in order to optimize the browsing experience by remembering actions and preferences (for example the language chosen, the display settings, any login data, etc.), so that you do not have to set them on subsequent visits.
There are different types of cookies that, depending on their characteristics and functions, may remain on your device for a fixed period of time (which can last even years) and are identified as persistent cookies, while other cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed down, so-called session cookies.
These technologies therefore provide for the processing of personal data and, as such, are subject to the binding legislation in this regard.
In line with the Applicable Regulations, we must not request consent for the use of cookies that are strictly necessary for the proper functioning and operation of the website (termed technical cookies) and for cookies for statistical purposes (termed analytical cookies) in aggregate form, therefore anonymous, but we need your explicit consent for the use of first and third party profiling cookies that create profiles to send you advertising messages in line with the preferences you set while browsing our website.
2. Type of cookies used on this website
Technical cookies
These cookies are technical in nature and allow the website to function properly. This category includes cookies that are essential to the proper functioning of the website and functional cookies that allow the user to further the browsing experience based on the choices made by the same (for example the choice of language, etc.).We also use technical cookies to track, in accordance with the current legislation on consent given by users to the receipt of third-party profiling and analytics cookies. The use of permanent technical cookies or session cookies (i.e. that are not stored permanently on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the technical provision of the service requested by the user and to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the website and its applications. The technical cookies used on this website avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users' browsing.
Analytical cookies
These cookies help us to understand, through data collected anonymously and aggregated, how users interact with our website by providing information on the pages visited, the time spent on the website, the type of platform used, the number of clicks on a determined page, any malfunctions, etc. Statistical cookies help website owners to understand how visitors interact with sites by collecting and transmitting information in an anonymous form.We use Google Analytics to collect and analyse anonymous information on the behaviour of the website use for statistical purposes without acquiring personal identification information. Subsequently, when the visitor traced by remarketing cookies surfs the web, the cookie allows the remarketing provider to show ads to promote our services, ensuring that these ads are shown only to people who have already visited your website. The intent is to display relevant and engaging ads for the individual user in line with the experiences of previous navigations in order to "follow" the user even after leaving our website.
