The policy of Hassler Roma S.p.A. is to create a work environment that is healthy, balanced and productive, where everyone can express their professional skills, abilities and desire for professional growth to the best of their ability.
In this context, Hassler Roma S.p.A. asserts its rejection of any form of discrimination, in particular that based on: gender, citizenship, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religious, political or any other opinions, economic status, disability, age, sexual orientations.
Ensuring equal opportunities between men and women is, for Hassler Roma S.p.A., one of the key elements for the implementation of the principle of equality with the aim of making this guarantee effective and standard practice.
The intervention of Hassler Roma S.p.A. will focus on reducing prejudices that can negatively affect the advancement of women’s role in the workplace, giving them access to the same professional opportunities. This also means ensuring the professional development of women by reducing any obstacles, present or future, to their access to positions of responsibility at every level.
Hassler Roma S.p.A. is and will be the place where models of relations and work always find and will find, on both a practical and linguistic level as well as in best practices, the necessary and inescapable reference in the values of equality, non-discrimination and dialogue. Therefore, the values stated in the Italian Constitution and in European and national regulations will not be confined to institutional documents, but will become life practices, moments of reflection, actions to protect and promote all forms of equality, as well as dedicated spaces for training.
Hassler Roma S.p.A. adopts a gender equality policy aimed at valuing and protecting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities in the workplace. To this end, a management system is established that is able to guarantee over time the maintenance of requirements set by regulations and implemented through specific KPIs capable of maintaining and verifying planned actions.
The policies of Hassler Roma S.p.A. regarding personnel management, career development and communication are based on the commitment to pursue gender equality, the valorization of diversity and support in the process of developing female potential. Hassler Roma implements policies to ensure equitable participation and female empowerment. To this end, the KPIs to be used will be those provided for in point 5 of UNI/Pdr.

The Steering Committee was appointed to make effective the adoption and continuous implementation of the gender equality policy both at a general level and in related situations. Its members are: Veruschka B. Wirth, Chief Executive Officer, Roberto B. Wirth, Executive President, Tiziana Iacobelli, Head of Personnel.
Hassler Roma S.p.A. also implements policies that ensure that genders are equally represented among speakers in round table panel discussions, events, conferences and other types of meetings and gatherings.
