Hotel Hassler Roma is located in the heart of Rome, at the top of the iconic Spanish Steps, at Piazza Trinità dei Monti, 6, 00187 Rome. The hotel is within walking distance of major landmarks, including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Villa Borghese.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Breakfast depends on the rate and package selected. The hotel offers breakfast at its dining venues, but it is not necessarily included in every room rate. Guests are advised to check the specific conditions of their reservation to confirm whether breakfast is included.
The turtle was Roberto Wirth Sr.’s favourite animal from childhood, representing the values he held close: patience, balance and perseverance. As he often said, “Never give up.” For Roberto, the turtle embodied this simple philosophy: it moves slowly, but it always reaches its destination.
Hotel Hassler Roma offers 82 rooms and suites, each individually designed and combining timeless elegance, Italian craftsmanship and modern comfort. The hotel features 61 rooms and 21 suites, including the iconic Hassler Penthouse and Villa Medici Penthouse.
No. Hotel Hassler Roma is an independent, family-owned hotel and is not part of a hotel group. The hotel is owned and operated by the Wirth family, who have been at the heart of the Hassler for six generations. The Wirth family also owns and operates a small collection of other properties in Italy, including Il Palazzetto in Rome, Hotel Vannucci in Tuscany, Borgo Bastia Creti in Umbria and Parco del Principe in Viareggio. These properties are independently owned and are not part of a larger hotel group.
The Hassler offers two main restaurant experiences: Imàgo, the hotel’s Michelin-starred panoramic restaurant, and Salone Eva & Palm Court, offering all-day dining indoors during the winter and outdoor dining in the garden during the warmer months. The hotel also offers additional drinking and dining spaces, including Carmen’s Bar, the 7th Floor Terrace and Il Palazzetto Wine Bar.
