Vetro and Travertino, Oberoi Hotels (India)
Since 2004, some of Hassler best chefs have been sent to Vetro Restaurant in Mumbai and to Travertino Restaurant in New Delhi - both part of the Oberoi hotel chain - to manage their cuisine giving them a an authentic Italian mark.
Cicerone, Imperial Hotel (Tokyo)
From 2001 to 2003 Francesco Apreda was offered to manage Cicerone, the Tokyo's Imperial Hotel new Italian restaurant, opened by the Hassler.Tintoretto, Hotel Buergenstock, (Switzerland)
In 2006 Hotel Hassler sent his chef for one year to Park Hotel Buergenstock to manage its Tintoretto Restaurant bringing a variety of Italian traditions but also creative combinations.
