Raffaello Sanzio was one of the great masters of the Italian High Renaissance. He early died at 37 years old, in 1520, leaving a large body of works, among paintings, drawings and comparative works. Today, on the 500th anniversary of his death, the “Scuderie del Quirinale” presents a monographic exhibition dedicated to Raffaello, comprehending over two hundred masterpieces for the first time gathered all together.
