At the panoramic michelin starred restaurant Imàgo, the Executive Chef Andrea Antonini proposes seasonal dishes such as "Raw Beef, Radicchio and Oyster" and “Tagliolini, Porcini Mushrooms and Hazelnuts", with the special touch of the white truffle.
The Resident Chef Marcello Romano at the Hassler Bistrot, the refined drawing room of the Hassler, combines truffles with his traditional cuisine offering "Eggs Sunny Side Up" and "Tagliolini Pasta with Roman Broccoli".
