Vetro and Travertino, Oberoi Hotels, India
Since 2004 the Hassler sends some of its best Chefs to the Italian restaurants Vetro of the Oberoi in Mumbai and to Travertino of the Oberoi in New Delhi. The Chefs head the kitchens of these prestigious restaurants in order to bring authentic Italian cuisine under the Hassler trademark to a discerning Indian audience.
Cicerone, Imperial Hotel, Tokyo
From 2001 until 2003, the Hassler assigns Chef Apreda to head the Imperia Hotel of Tokyo's Italian restaurant.
Tintoretto, Hotel Buergenstock, Switzerland
In 2006, the Hassler send Chef Vincenzo Di Tuoro to the Park Hotel Buergenstock in Switzerland where he leads the Italian restaurant Tintoretto for one year, bringing with him traditional Italian elements that combine with creative ones.
